Right after bootcamp I decided to continue stand-ups post-graduation. I have made a schedule that 3 times a week I host a stand-up for all students to join.

Since I started this and my own search for my next career home, many of our colleagues have landed a position. But many are still fighting what can feel like an uphill battle. As I offer my hand to lend my insight on my journey I have seen a couple of themes.
